Will the 1200-question simulated exam software work on my computer? The The NCE Review software is compatible with Windows XP and Windows 7 Professional, Ultimate or Enterprise running in Windows XP mode. The Virtual PC and XP Mode environment is available FREE on Microsoft's website. Compatibility problems have occurred on computers with Windows Vista and Windows 7 Home Premium operating systems. Computer compatibility conflicts or screen size issues with the software do not qualify as a defective product. Screen sizes of 15" and larger is recommended. Please be advised that there are no returns or refunds after shipping.

Where are the workshops held? All workshops are held near major airports in Ohio with shuttle service available to the workshop site hotel. Candidates travel from throughout the United States to attend our workshops and no one has been disappointed. These are the most effective and helpful workshops available for the current exams.

Can I purchase the workshop without purchasing the materials? Previous purchase of the study materials is required to purchase the Preparation Workshop separately. You may attend a preparation workshop if you have previously purchased the study materials and later decide you want to attend a workshop. Many candidates find it helpful to attend a second workshop just prior to taking their exam.

Can I transfer my workshop date? There is a $25 transfer fee to change a workshop registration date. All transfers are conditioned upon available seating. We reserve the right to cancel or change a workshop due to insufficient enrollment, inclement weather, or illness of the presenter. Candidates will be notified by email as early as possible prior to the workshop.

Can I share, loan, give, or resell the materials to someone else? No. All rights are reserved!  Your purchase is a license to use and not a sale. The written materials and associated intellectual property are protected by US copyright laws and licensed for the exclusive use of the original purchaser (“you”). The study manuals, practice questions, and any supplementary materials may not be shared, loaned, disseminated for free, resold, copied, reproduced, stored to any other media format, publicly presented in whole or in part nor used as a derivative for another work.

How do I know my transaction will be safe? Our online shopping cart and security technology ensures the safest and most reliable checkout experience for our customers. 

What happens after I’ve placed my order? Your order will be processed and shipped the next business day. Your order will arrive between 2-4 business days after shipping depending on the shipping option that you choose and your delivery zone. Holidays and weather may delay arrival. 

How are products delivered to me? We ship your order insured by USPS priority 2-4 days or express 1-2 days depending on the option you select during checkout and your location.  

What is your refund or exchange policy? There are no returns or refunds after the materials have shipment. All sales are final. Products broken or damaged during shipment MUST be returned with all original packaging within 14 days from the shipping date. A replacement item will be shipped the next business day after receipt of the returned product and all original packaging. Computer compatibility conflicts with the software do not qualify as a defective product.
