License Agreement: The United States Publication and Copyrights Act protect the written materials, software, and all supplemental material. All rights are reserved and apply to all subsequent editions, revisions and versions. Your purchase is a license to use and not a sale. You may not transfer the Products to someone else or assign any of the rights under this license, even if you cease all use of the Products. The manual, software and all supplementary materials are licensed for the exclusive use of the original purchaser (“you”). The manual, software and all supplementary materials may not be shared, loaned, disseminated for free, resold, copied, reproduced, stored to any other media format, publicly presented in whole or in part nor used as a derivative for another work. You may use the software on multiple computers provided it is solely used by the original purchaser. Please note: the license agreement that appears before each quiz and exam within the software is a separate agreement that applies to those who purchase the test generating software from the manufacturer and does not alter or supersede this agreement.
Privacy Policy: We are committed to protecting your personal and credit card information. We do not share or sell any information about you with anyone except those necessary to fulfill your order and process your payment. If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as your name, email, current phone number and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date and card validation number). We use this information for billing purposes and to complete your order. We will use this information to contact you only if necessary. You have the option to "unsubscribe" from our autoresponders that provide updated information about current exams, products and services.
Return and Refund Policy: There are no returns or refunds for the study materials or workshops after the materials have shipped. There is a $25 transfer fee to change a workshop registration date. Transfers are conditioned upon available seating. We reserve the right to cancel or change a workshop due to insufficient enrollment, inclement weather, or illness of the presenter. Candidates will be notified by email as early as possible prior to the workshop.
Computer Compatibility: The NCE Review software is compatible with Windows XP and Windows 7 Professional, Ultimate or Enterprise running running in XP mode. Compatibility problems have occurred on computers with Windows Vista and Windows 7 Home Premium operating systems. Computer compatibility conflicts do not qualify as a defective product. Please be advised that there are no returns or refunds after shipping.

INDEMNIFICATION: Users of the materials and participants in the workshops agree to indemnify and hold New Strength Counseling Service, its founder, owner (s), employees, director, board, affiliates or their heirs harmless from and against any and all costs, liabilities, claims, or demands (including reasonable attorney's fees and expenses of any kind whatsoever) that arise or result from the use, reproduction or distribution of the manual, software, documentation, or promotional or sales materials.
