Shipping Information

Your order will be shipped insured the next business day by USPS. Orders shipped "Priority" will arrive within 2-4 business days and orders shipped "Express" will arrive within 1-2 business days depending on your location. Holidays may delay shipment. The pick-up option is available during checkout for orders that include the workshop. Pre-paid orders with the workshop received within 5 business days of a workshop date will not be shipped. You MUST select the "Pick-up or Workshop Order" option during checkout to avoid the non-refundable shipping charges.

Please be advised that there are no returns or refunds after shipment. However, we will exchange any product that is defective or was damaged during shipment at our discretion. Products broken or damaged during shipment and all original packaging MUST be returned within 14 days from the purchase date. A replacement item will be shipped the next business day after the returned product is received. Computer compatibility conflicts do not qualify as a defective product. Please read the computer compatibility link in the "Programs & Products" section on the left side of this page before you purchase The NCE Review software.
