Workshop Dates

All workshops are held near major airports in Ohio with shuttle service available.

Pre-paid registration for the NCE and NCMHCE study materials and workshops must be received 10 days prior to a selected workshop date to avoid the $30 late registration fee. Candidates who register within five business days of a workshop date must receive their materials at the workshop. Be sure to select the "Pick-up or Workshop Order" shipping option during checkout to avoid the non-refundable shipping charges. Previous purchase of the study materials is required to purchase the Preparation Workshop separately.

Cancellation policy: We have never cancelled any workshops. However, we recommend airline ticket cancellation insurance for out-of-state candidates. We reserve the right to change or cancel a workshop due to low registration, inclement weather, or illness of the presenter. Candidates will be notified by email as early as possible prior to the workshop.

Refund Policy: There are no returns or refunds for the study materials or workshops after the materials have shipped. There is a $25 transfer fee to change a workshop registration date. Transfers are conditioned upon available seating.
